2025-2026 Yearbook Cover Contest Rules

  • It's Yearbook Artwork Contest Time!!! All Walker students are invited to enter their artwork, expressing what Walker School means to them, and one winner from each grade level (K-5th grade) will be selected to have their artwork displayed in this year's yearbook! All artwork entries must be submitted to Gerianne Salach in the main office by the end of school day Friday 4/17/26 to be included.
Entries will be displayed at school and voted on by staff and faculty, with 5th and 4th grade winners' art appearing on the yearbook's FRONT and BACK covers.

KG, 1st, 2nd and 3rd grade winners' art will appear inside the book.
Please keep the following rules in mind when designing your artwork:
    • All drawings should be on a white 8.5x11 plain sheet of paper, positioned vertically (like a book cover).
    • Students can create their drawing using colored pencils, markers, paint or crayons. Materials used should be "flat" versus have dimension (e.g., puffy paints).
    • Please reach out to [email protected] with any questions.
    • Please see below for more instructions.
